Are recycled cartridges inferior to a new cartridge?
Not at all. There should be no difference in the print quality of all our cartridges. We use the best premium inks available. The extensive quality and testing procedures, even before the cartridge leaves our premises, ensure best print quality every time.
How does using a compatible cartridge affect my printer's warranty?
All our cartridges meet or exceed the performance of original cartridges. It doesn't affect it at all. If a problem with the printer should occur, the printer manufacturer must prove that the refilled cartridge caused the damage in order to legally refuse to honor their warranty.

Please mail us your empty inkjet cartridges for recycling. It is much appreciated. If you've bought products from us, we will refund $2 of your money for each one we determine to be rechargeable. Those that have never been refilled (except by us), are of the type we refill (certain Canons, most HPs, Lexmark and Dell) and are not broken, tampered with, completely dried out or otherwise degraded qualify.
Our combined reduced shipping handling charge is $1 off for each 2nd and subsequent cartridge mailed together to the US or Canada. If a cartridge costs $4 to ship one, it costs $7 for 2, $10 for 3, etc.
